New Patients at ElleWell
We can’t wait to welcome you to ElleWell! After you’ve booked your initial visit, we’ll send you our online new patient paperwork so you may complete it and submit it prior to coming in. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and bringing your insurance card and identification.
Your First Visit
Our friendly, professional staff will welcome you and offer you coffee, water or snacks. Then you’ll sit down with Dr. Elle for a consultation. She’ll take the time to get to know you, help you feel comfortable and truly listen to everything you have to say. At the end of this conversation, if we feel like a different type of practice is better suited to your needs, we will let you know and help get you to that provider.
If your situation is one that we can help with, we will move on to a thorough examination, including range of motion and postural assessments, orthopedic tests and examining the spine. Throughout this process, Dr. Elle will explain what she thinks is going on as well as what she is doing and what she’s looking for.
Personalized Care Plan
After your therapy, Dr. Elle will go over your personalized care plan. She will explain all of the services and therapies that she recommends, how much it will cost, and what the schedule of care will look like week by week. She’ll answer all of your questions, and then we’ll get you scheduled for your next visit.
