Biological Age vs Chronological Age
Your chronological age is your actual age, determined by your date of birth. Your biological age, on the other hand, may be higher or lower than your chronological age and is based on your overall health and function.
We use a battery of assessments, including genetic testing, height, weight, blood pressure and other tests to determine what your biological age is. Our goal is to reduce your biological age so you are more youthful and vibrant—no matter what your birth certificate says!
